About Hay Hill Wealth Management

Combining institutional hedge fund pedigree, tier-one private banking heritage, and boutique client focus to manage, protect, and grow multi-generational wealth.

Our Heritage

Born from Experience, Dedicated to Fiduciary Alignment

Hay Hill Wealth Management Limited was incorporated in 2005 and authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in August 2006 (FRN: 453682).

In 2015, Chief Executive Officer Michael Easton orchestrated a successful management buy-out of the boutique fixed-income asset manager Glendevon King. Under Michael's leadership, the firm transformed into a multi-asset, open-architecture wealth manager designed specifically to solve the structural shortcomings of institutional private banks.

Today, headquartered at 24 Upper Brook Street in Mayfair, London, and operating a regional private client office in Birmingham, Hay Hill Wealth serves High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) families, corporate entrepreneurs, senior executives, family offices, and UK Resident Non-Domiciled (RND) individuals. The firm also operates under the trading name Heligan Wealth Management in strategic partnership with Heligan Group.

The Hay Hill Wealth Operating Model

No Dealing on Own Account: Unlike investment banks, we maintain zero proprietary trading books. We never act as a principal counterparty to our clients' trades.

Pure Open Architecture: We have no proprietary fund products to distribute. Every investment recommendation is sourced objectively from the global marketplace.

Direct Partner Stewardship: Every client works directly with experienced investment directors with decades of market experience, not junior relationship managers.
